Monday Pilates (core strengthening), 12:00 – 1:00 with Lynne

Wednesday noon hour kundalini 12:00 – 1:15 with Lynne

Schedule changes:

Amber will be teaching Mary’s Kundalini Monday night class for the month of September, Mary will be back teaching in October

Thursday gentle yoga will now be from 1:30 – 2:45 – please note time change and will be co taught by Amelia and Margie who will be rotating weekly for our gentle yoga and Thursday night Yin class

New classes:

Tuesday night Hatha mixer, 7:30 – 8:45 pm with Lindsey

Wednesday night Hatha, 7:15 – 8:30 pm with Kat

Sunday morning Slow Flow, 8:30 – 9:30 am with Ashley

We are also really excited to welcome Kat and Lindsey back, we have sure missed both of them!  We also welcome, new to our teaching tribe,  Ashley, and as part of our Friday morning Kundalini bliss rotation team; Dawn and Simonne.
